# VeTrade workflows for web-reading agents

> Help people choose the right VeTrade flow, understand its terms and reach a wallet review. This guide works without an MCP connection.

Reviewed: 3 November 2026. Language: English. Network: VeChain mainnet.

## Capabilities and current data

Reading this file does not connect a wallet, add tools, schedule monitoring or authorize transactions. Use the capabilities actually available in the host. Without wallet or quote tools, explain the flow and provide a review link; do not claim to know balances, current quotes, order status or execution results. Users connect and sign in VeTrade. Never request seed phrases, private keys or signing files.

The guides below describe product behavior. Examples are not current quotes. Prices and market observations need a source, pair, units and observation time. If these cannot be verified, report the value as unavailable instead of repeating undated search snippets. A pending or uncertain transaction must be checked by its existing hash before retrying.

## Review links

Present website actions as clickable Markdown links with clear English labels, such as "Review swap on VeTrade", "Review limit order on VeTrade", "Set up recurring buys", "Convert VET wrappers" or "Review small balances". Preserve the verified destination, token selectors and query parameters. Do not put action links in code blocks, backticks or raw-URL-only text.

Use the relevant review link as the next step. Explain which fields it prefills and which the user must set manually. A link opens the actual VeTrade site for review; it does not create an order, sign or execute a transaction. If an interactive calculator changes an amount, update the link to match or clearly label it with the original amount.

## Swap

Ask for the input token, output token and either a fixed amount to spend or an amount to receive. Use verified supported symbols or contracts; confirm ambiguous tokens. Human amounts use ordinary decimal notation, not raw units or exponents.

- Fixed spend example: [Review swap: 100 VET to B3TR](https://vetrade.vet/swap/VET/B3TR?fromAmount=100).
- Fixed receive example: [Review swap: receive 100 B3TR for VET](https://vetrade.vet/swap/VET/B3TR?toAmount=100).
- Generic template: `/swap/INPUT/OUTPUT?fromAmount=DECIMAL` or `?toAmount=DECIMAL`. URL-encode token selectors. Use one amount side.
- The link prefills a form, not a quote. Review the fresh minimum received or maximum spent, price impact, slippage, fees and gas before signing.
- [Full swap guide](https://vetrade.vet/docs/swaps/index.md).

## Limit order

Ask which token to sell, how much to sell and the minimum output. State target price in output-token units per input token.

- Selling 100 VET for at least 120 B3TR means 1.2 B3TR per VET.
- [Review limit order on VeTrade](https://vetrade.vet/limit/VET/B3TR?fromAmount=100&toAmount=120). Both amount fields can be prefilled; the user must review the target and sign.
- [Manage limit orders](https://vetrade.vet/me/limit/orders). Check partial fills and remaining amounts. Cancellation cannot reverse a fill that already completed.
- [Full limit-order guide](https://vetrade.vet/docs/limit-orders/index.md).

## Recurring buys

Ask for the pair, fixed spend versus fixed receive, amount per purchase, interval, purchase count and start time. Do not choose an unlimited schedule for the user.

- [Set up recurring buys: spend 100 VTHO per purchase on B3TR](https://vetrade.vet/dca/VTHO/B3TR?fromAmount=100).
- [Set up recurring buys: receive 100 B3TR per purchase using WVET](https://vetrade.vet/dca/WVET/B3TR?toAmount=100).
- Links prefill tokens and amount only. Interval, purchase count, start time and options must be set manually. Never invent schedule URL parameters.
- Native VET cannot be either recurring-buy token. Supported VET wrappers are VVET, WVET, BVET and DWVET. Prefer a verified positive balance already held, excluding unavailable balances and the other trade token. If holdings are unknown, ask. User-reported holdings are not an independent wallet read.
- Funds stay in the wallet until each purchase. Funding is needed when a purchase is due; the whole schedule need not be funded upfront. Users can top up between purchases.
- A fixed spend of 100 VTHO for 12 purchases bounds scheduled spending at 1,200 VTHO, plus separate network costs and other displayed fees. A fixed receive amount has variable input cost; a finite purchase count does not cap it. Ongoing schedules have no cumulative spending cap.
- Minimum received is a fixed-spend option. Do not invent an input spending cap for fixed-receive buys. Missed periods do not create catch-up buys. Revoking allowance may permanently cancel a schedule.
- [Manage recurring orders](https://vetrade.vet/me/dca/orders). [Full recurring-buy guide](https://vetrade.vet/docs/recurring-buys/index.md).

## VET wrapping, unwrapping and wrapper conversion

The helper supports every distinct directed pair among VET, VVET, WVET, BVET and DWVET: 4 wraps, 4 unwraps and 12 wrapper-to-wrapper conversions, 20 directions total. VTHO, B3TR, VOT3 and veB3TR are not VET wrappers.

- [Convert VET wrappers on VeTrade](https://vetrade.vet/vvet). Select From, Receive and amount manually. This page has no pair or amount URL prefill.
- Native VET to a wrapper uses deposit; wrapper to native VET uses withdraw. A wrapper change withdraws and deposits within one atomic transaction.
- Registered wrappers convert 1:1. There is no conversion fee or token approval for this helper; network gas still applies. Check sponsorship eligibility in the current review.
- Preserve funds needed by existing orders and a gas reserve. Do not assume all displayed holdings are available for conversion.
- Use the exact wrapper required by the downstream app. A user holding WVET need not convert to VVET just to buy B3TR regularly.

## Dust cleanup

Ask which receive token the user wants and which holdings to keep. [Review small balances on VeTrade](https://vetrade.vet/dust); selections and balances are reviewed in the app, not prefilled by this link. Some assets may have no usable route. Compare expected proceeds with all displayed costs, preserve gas and required holdings, and let the user choose approvals and sign. Do not report a wallet as cleaned without execution evidence.

## Market insight and regular checks

[Explore markets](https://vetrade.vet/markets), [View the B3TR market](https://vetrade.vet/markets/B3TR), and [View trading volume](https://vetrade.vet/markets/volume) are read-only starting points. Distinguish current prices, historical candle closes, liquidity, volume and executable quotes. Match comparison periods, state data gaps and never describe missing balances as zero. Do not infer live prices from this guide.

A regular check can review open orders, recurring-buy funding and approvals, meaningful dust and selected markets. A chat reminder does not execute a trade or guarantee wallet monitoring.

## Liquidity, automation and Boost

[Explore pools](https://vetrade.vet/pools/explore) or [open your liquidity](https://vetrade.vet/pools). Review V2/V3 position details, deposits, withdrawals, fee collection and range changes in the [liquidity guide](https://vetrade.vet/docs/liquidity/index.md). [Automatic Optimization](https://vetrade.vet/docs/automatic-ranges/index.md) manages eligible ranges; [Auto Compound](https://vetrade.vet/docs/auto-compound/index.md) reinvests eligible fees. Review permissions, costs and current availability before activation. Do not infer a position's return from wallet value changes.

[Open Liquidity Boost](https://vetrade.vet/pools/boost) for eligible positions and campaign claims. Estimated rewards are not confirmed payouts. [Trading rewards](https://vetrade.vet/leaderboard/claim) are a separate program. Verify current funding, eligibility and claim windows in the app.

## Bridge, wallet activity and approvals

[Open Bridge](https://vetrade.vet/bridge) to choose supported networks, provider, assets and recipient. Review the current quote, fees and recovery steps in the [bridge guide](https://vetrade.vet/docs/bridging/index.md). A source-chain transaction is not proof of destination delivery.

[Open Activity](https://vetrade.vet/activity) for recorded wallet actions and transaction evidence. [Review approvals](https://vetrade.vet/revoke) before changing spending permissions. Revoking DCA approval can end an order; review its status before creating a replacement. Missing or partial wallet data must remain unknown.

## Alerts and Telegram

[Open alerts](https://vetrade.vet/alerts) for website monitoring. Use the [Telegram guide](https://vetrade.vet/docs/telegram/index.md) for bot commands and subscriptions. Notifications do not submit transactions or guarantee continuous monitoring.

## Hosts with additional capabilities

If the host actually supports MCP, [VeTrade MCP](https://mcp.vetrade.vet) offers reads and unsigned preparation. Discover the live tools before relying on a tool name. Public documentation is not proof that a proposed tool has been deployed. Hosted MCP does not sign or broadcast. Separately configured execution runtimes have their own custody and authorization rules; those are not enabled by reading this guide.
