Machine-native surface

Terms

Terms of service for the public VeTrade AI docs, MCP server, and related planning surfaces.

These terms apply to the public VeTrade AI surfaces at:

By using these surfaces, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

The public VeTrade AI surfaces are planning, quote, validation, readiness, token-discovery, and order-read tools for VeChain workflows.

Unless a page says otherwise, the public MCP and HTTP surfaces do not:

  • sign transactions
  • custody keys
  • broadcast transactions for a user

Local execution remains the user's responsibility.

No investment advice

VeTrade AI outputs are informational and operational tooling only. They are not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a promise of execution outcome.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use the service lawfully
  • review all outputs before acting on them
  • keep private keys, seed phrases, and other secrets out of public tool calls
  • confirm token addresses, amounts, prices, recipients, and order details before any local signing or submission

Availability and changes

VeTrade may change, suspend, rate limit, or remove any part of the service at any time. Tool names, fields, and behaviors may change as the product evolves.

External systems

The public AI surfaces depend on external infrastructure, RPC nodes, indexers, and market data. VeTrade is not responsible for outages, stale data, routing changes, chain congestion, or third-party failures outside its control.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service to harm, overload, probe, or attack VeTrade systems
  • attempt to extract secrets or bypass access controls
  • submit unlawful, malicious, or misleading content
  • imply OpenAI endorsement or VeTrade guarantees that do not exist

Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. VeTrade disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VeTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, profits, data, or opportunity arising from use of the service.

Updates

VeTrade may update these terms as the public AI surfaces evolve. The latest published version at https://vetrade.vet/developers/ai/terms controls.
